Spotted enjoying some quality bonding time, Miley Cyrus and her mom, Tish, spent the afternoon shopping in Calabassas, CA on Tuesdsay (April 10).
The “Can’t Be Tamed” songstress looked hot-to-trot in dark skinny jeans, a studded yellow jacket and a risqué cutoff tank top that at times was exposing a little more of her chest than she probably had hoped (or maybe not).

The outing comes as Miss Cyrus has been getting her fair share of flack for her recent weight and diet plans.
In response to critics saying that she's suffering from anorexia, the 19-year-old took to her Twitter page on Sunday, writing, “For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy, it's not about weight -- it's about health. Gluten is crap anyway!"
Although the “Hannah Montana” starlet told one fan, "Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing. You won't go back!", health educators are saying otherwise.
In an interview with “Today’s Health,” registered dietitian and food industry consultant, Rachel Begun, explains that you should only go on a g-free diet if necessary, explaining, "People who go gluten-free may gain weight if they rely mostly on highly-processed gluten free foods, many of which tend to be higher in fat, calories and sugar than their gluten-containing counterparts."
